Private-pay starting rate: $35 per hour
Minimum visit: 3 hours

Private-pay home care starts at $35 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum visit. Ask our team to confirm the rate for your arrangement, any additional charges and cancellation terms before booking. These are care service prices, separate from caregiver wages.

Current Medicaid acceptance

Crown currently accepts straight Medicaid. We do not currently accept Medicaid managed-care plans (MCOs). Covered tasks, eligibility, visit hours and any required authorization depend on the person's coverage and care plan. Confirm those details with Crown and the payer before arranging Medicaid-funded care.

Personal care for bathing, dressing, grooming and daily routines.
Companionship and daily living support, including meal preparation, laundry and light housekeeping.
Respite support while a family caregiver takes time away.
Support for adults with disabilities and non-medical support for people living with dementia, subject to individual needs and suitability.

Crown's services do not include diagnosis, clinical treatment or skilled nursing. Availability, tasks, payment arrangements and any required authorization must be confirmed for the individual situation. A referral does not itself establish acceptance or a start date.
